I really, really love this one. 🥰

Sometimes a real estate transaction starts in the most unexpected way… and sometimes, it turns into something that feels like it was meant to happen.

I met a wonderful new friend quite by chance. We chatted, met for coffee, and somewhere along the way, a conversation about life turned into a conversation about real estate.

Just two weeks later, an offer was made on a beautiful condo.

What makes this one extra special is that buying a home wasn't even on the radar for my buyer when we first met. And yet, here we are. ❤️

And on the other side of this transaction was someone very deserving of a new chapter — a person who has always, always shown up for the people that matter in their world

There was a lot of love behind this move. A lot of care.

I can't share all of the details because some stories belong to the people who lived them. But I *can* say that this one reminded me of why I love what I do.

Sometimes I help people buy a house.

Sometimes I help people create something that is pretty darn special.

This one makes my heart happy.

My clients put so much thought, care and quality into this home. They updated it as though they were going to be there forever - not just fixing things up for the sake of selling, but creating a home they genuinely loved.

Then life happened. Their family grew, their needs changed, and eventually they knew it was time for a new chapter.

We had some challenges along the way, but we worked through them together, stayed patient, and kept moving forward.

And this is where I have to say… I REALLY liked these people. ❤️

They were kind, reasonable, collaborative and just an absolute pleasure to work with. The kind of clients who make you remember why you love what you do.

I’m so happy we got this one SOLD and that they can now move forward into their next chapter.
