Jeremiah went from having virtually no rowing experience to standing on the Olympic podium in just four years, putting in more than 1,700 hours of training, earning a bronze at the 2011 World Championships and ultimately winning Olympic silver with Canada’s men’s eight at the 2012 London Games.
Came with sacrifices though.

I really enjoyed hearing him speak, he was hilarious.
There’s something pretty powerful about seeing what you’re capable of when you’re willing to put in the work.

And of course, we had to get a picture with an Olympian! 🇨🇦📸
A pretty inspiring person and a message I won’t soon forget.
