So excited to welcome back our lovely guests from 2024! 🥰

One of the most special parts of running a B&B is when previous guests choose to come back and stay with us again. This time, they’ll be spending five days with us, and we’re so happy to welcome them back to Oceanside Manor.

I painted this little watercolour card from my heart and paired it with some delicious locally made chocolate as a little welcome-back surprise. 💐🍫

It truly means so much when guests return, it feels like welcoming old friends back into our home.

Sometimes happiness is simply giving yourself permission to slow down. 🌅🎨💕

Tonight I brought my watercolours down by the ocean, watched the sun slowly disappear behind the mountains, listened to the gentle sound of the water, and painted.

Nothing fancy. Nothing to accomplish. Just me, my paints, the ocean, and a beautiful summer evening. ❤️

Life can get so busy taking care of everything and everyone around us, and I’m learning that making time for the things that bring me joy is not something I have to feel guilty about.

These little moments are becoming some of my most precious ones. 🌸

There’s something extra special about welcoming Thai guests to Oceanside Manor. 🇹🇭🇨🇦💕

Being so far away from Thailand, it always warms my heart when Thai guests come to stay with us. And finding a beautiful message written in Thai in our guest book made my heart so happy. 🥹🌸

They shared how much they enjoyed their stay and especially said that the breakfast was very delicious! 😋❤️

As a Thai person myself, being able to welcome fellow Thai travellers here in beautiful Qualicum Beach feels a little like bringing Thailand into our home. 🇹🇭🏡

At Oceanside Manor, I always hope our guests leave with more than memories of a beautiful place. I hope they leave remembering the warmth, kindness, good food, and feeling of being cared for. ❤️
