Bank of Canada dropped interest rates by 0.25% which means that those with a variable rate will have their repayment reduced by $18-$25 for every $100k of mortgage 😊

The Bank of Canada announced Wednesday that it’s cutting its key interest rate by a quarter of a percentage point to 4.75 per cent.
