Exciting News at 208 Hampton Road - Hillock Professional Center in Quispamsis, NB! We are very excited to announce the newest tenant, Dr. Ivan “Zak” Zakharenkov 🩺🐾!

He will occupy the entire second floor with his innovative veterinary urgent care clinic. A perfect addition to the top-notch collection of businesses already in the building. Dr. Ivan Zak is well-known for the Moncton Veterinary Walk-in & Urgent Care facility, and we are so happy for him and his team.

Big hats off to Christine 'Crissy' Stanley for expertly representing both the Landlord and the Tenant, leading the building to 100% occupancy!

Exciting news from Quispamsis, New Brunswick! 🏢📢

We're thrilled to share that 208 Hampton Road is now fully occupied! Crissy Stanley from our Saint John office had the pleasure of working with Daniel MacLellan, pictured here, and his wife, Dr. Brittany Flood, who acquired the building for the new home of her business, Flood Periodontics. A portion of the building is also leased out to La Belle Medical Aesthetic Clinic, owned and operated by nurse practitioner Brittany Cameron!

Crissy just leased out the remaining 5,000 SF to a new business that will join the excellent company group in this beautiful building! Stay tuned for an exciting announcement in the new year to find out who the latest tenant is.
