During the recent power outage across the Columbia Valley, our staff demonstrated exactly what hospitality is all about. Despite the unexpected challenges and operational limitations, they remained calm, adaptable, and committed to ensuring our guests were as comfortable and well cared for as possible.

From answering countless questions and finding creative solutions to continuing their daily responsibilities however they could, their dedication never wavered. Their professionalism, teamwork, and genuine care for our guests made all the difference during a difficult situation.

Due to the widespread power outage affecting the Columbia Valley and several surrounding communities, our Resort is currently without access to our email and phone systems.
