In early July I made the move back to and within a week of transferring I had two new listings on the docket, and two new buyer referrals. Super exciting!

Happy Canada Day friends! What a privilege to be able to work and live in Canada. It’s been a rough year and a half for business, that’s for sure, BUT I have still definitely benefited from being in a country that over the years has encouraged small business, and which has allowed me to thrive as a real estate agent. So here’s a toast to you Canada! 🥂

There have been a bunch of new followers lately, so thought I should say hello, and thanks for being here!

I’ve been pretty quiet on this account for a long time because I was busy having a new baby haha 💕 And now that he’s 9 months old I almost (almost) have my mental faculties back 😆

A few little fact about me… I’ve been a real estate agent for eight-ish years, my favourite ice cream is peanut butter and chocolate, I’m crazy about olives, I could eat popcorn every night, my favourite colour is green *any shade*, I am very happily married to the sweetest man, and we have two precious boys! I am 35 weeks pregnant. And, in typical fashion, real estate is suddenly ramping up. Just 5 weeks away from my due date and this is what’s on the roster:

1) Handed the keys over to a new buyer who bought his very first home.
2) Writing an offer today with another new buyer who has found his perfect starter home.
3) Helped a 3rd new buyer get prequalified and am showing them houses two nights in a row this week.
4) Am taking pictures for a new listing tomorrow, and...
5) Just listed a condo!

I will be taking some time off when I have this baby, but for now...I am still gratefully helping every client who has chosen to work with me. It is the highest compliment when a buyer or a seller trusts me to help them with their real estate needs!
