Making better use of the land we already have.
As Cochrane continues to grow, so does the need for services that support the people who live and work here.
West Oak Investments is excited to be partnering with Wii Projects to transform a currently vacant parcel within our existing retail centre into a new 5,000 SF daycare facility, including 2,500 SF of outdoor play space.
For us, this project is about more than adding a new building. It’s about maximizing an existing property, creating new value for the centre, and adding a service that benefits the surrounding community.
The daycare will provide a convenient amenity for nearby families, employees and businesses, while bringing new activity to an underutilized portion of the site.
With development approval received and the project now in the building permit process, construction is planned to begin in 2026, with completion targeted for late 2027.
Thoughtful development isn’t always about building more land, it’s about making the most of the land you already have.
