City of Regina

Regina reported 327 residential sales in September, down 13 percent year-over-year but outpacing the 10-year average for the month by nearly 15 percent.

Nearly 500 new listings came to market throughout the month, the third consecutive month with year-over-year gains. Of the 832 units available at month’s end, nearly 200 were conditionally sold and expected to leave the market. When accounting for conditional sales, Regina heads into October with 2.54 months of supply, up slightly from 1.72 in early September.

Regina’s residential benchmark price was $343,900 in September, down from $348,900 in August and three percent higher than September 2025.
