Merry Christmas and a happy new year!
Bye bye 2023 you were well.. I'm not going to lie complete s*** in the beginning however, thanks to my wonderful family, my team at Complete Martial Arts and Fitness, my amazing mentor Brent Machuk and a handful of the most phenomenal girlfriends a girl can ask for. This year has turned out to be one of the most memorable. Getting back onto the mat after having my little girl and competing, a few unbelievable trips with the girls, finishing off the education requirements for my CRA designation, signing a contract with Crown Appraisals and getting the opportunity to mentor under Brent Machuk! I am leaving 2023 with a full heart and a reinvigorated motivation for the grind! let's go 2024!!
