Congratulations to my buyers on the purchase of their first family home together in Canada. 🎉🫶🏻🎉.

We met at an open house and I was hosting and a few weeks later I received my favourite type of text message stating they’d like me to help them find their first home. I spent the time educating them on the process and showing them many options in their price range. The market had shifted during our search as the winter slow down had begun and less was available. Less on the market can often lead to competitive offers and unfortunately we did lose out on one property. Which actually ended up being a blessing because we ended up finding this beautiful townhome in harbour landing that more than checked off all of their boxes.

My clients do not do social media and chose to not have their photo taken. They are an amazing family and I had a great time working for them and going through the ups and downs of the housing market.

Sometimes you gotta go through some lows to find the home for you. Big shout out to for putting the mortgage together on this one. I really appreciate your top notch communication and care you put into every deal. 🥂
