📍"How far outside Regina do you work?”
I get asked this more than you might think.
I’m technically licensed across Saskatchewan, but I’m also very mindful of not working outside of my scope.
Most of the time, I serve Regina and roughly 45 minutes outside the city. There have been a few rare exceptions over the last 18 years, but I’m careful with this because local knowledge matters.
I know Regina. I live here. I work here. My kids grew up here. I understand the neighbourhoods, pricing, buyer patterns, and the small details that can make a big difference.
When you get into lake communities, acreages, smaller towns, or markets farther out, those areas deserve someone who knows them well too.
So if it’s in my wheelhouse, I’d love to help.

Because good service isn’t about trying to be everywhere.
