Revelstoke Mountain Resort and Cabot Golf Revelstoke are pulling out all the stops on these next stages of resort development that are well under construction with some completions starting this year! While adding a golf course has been planned for a long time, this time the plan and ex*****on are well past the point of turning back. The Karl hotel is on track to open this year and many of the holes at Cabot are looking close to playable now! You really need to come up and see the level of what is underway to grasp the scope. Market Update January 2026

The Shuswap–Revelstoke housing market for January 2026 is slightly softer but largely stable. The absorption rate was 11.18%, near the lower end of a balanced market, with 161 active listings and 18 sales. While January sales were down compared to prior years, the three-month average (November–January) was 22 sales versus 23 last year — essentially flat. Average sale prices increased to $882,000 from $773,000 a year ago. The price growth is mainly driven by strength in Revelstoke, where strong ski seasons and new golf course development are contributing to renewed market activity.
