✨ 2025 — My Year to Rewrite the Rules ✨

They told the market it was “the worst year for real estate.”
They said buyers would freeze.
They said deals would dry up.

But while many hit pause — I tripled my company’s revenue. 🙈💼

Because I refused to follow the rules.

🌍 I went global — selling dream-homes in Costa Rica, the Dominican Republic and beyond, proving that opportunity doesn’t wait for the “perfect market.”

🔥 I walked on fire — literally. It wasn’t just an adrenaline rush. It cracked open new parts of me: a mindset of fearlessness, mental toughness, and unbreakable commitment. It reminded me: comfort zones never build empires.

🎯 I leveled up my skill set: I studied real-world negotiation techniques from an ex-FBI hostage negotiator (yes — crisis-negotiation secrets now in my real estate toolbox). That training sharpened my intuition, my emotional intelligence, and my ability to close deals where others hesitate.

🤖 I also leaned into innovation: we launched our own AI platform — and watched social-media engagement and lead generation skyrocket. 🚀
