Huge thanks to the Mayor of Markham for joining us at last week's expo! 🙌 And thank you for the support from all levels of government.
My family have been doing business in Markham, Richmond Hill, in Ontario and in Canada for almost two decades. As business owners, we have been supported by all levels of government throughout our growth.
We gathered today to further expand our business dream. In the current slower real estate market while opportunities are still abundant, we invited experts in different areas, and hope to share with our community more real estate investment options and experiences.
While foreign buyers may not easily purchase residential units in Canada at this moment, they can still invest in commercial real estates. While interest rates are generally higher than before, we can still leverage policies such as CMHC loans, HST exemption and garden housing, if we are building to fix housing shortage.
