Today, we're talking about what is more important for a real estate agent: having the right skills or taking action. It's a big question, and I want to make it simple.
Skills are like tools in a toolbox. They're important. Having prospecting skills, negotiation skills, knowing how to market properties, and understanding contracts are like having the right tools. They help you do your job well.
