🥚 Frittata Bites with Chard, Sausage & Feta — Small Bites, Big Flavour ✨
These bite-size frittatas are just right for entertaining — easy to serve, easy to love, and always one of the first things to disappear. And if you’re lucky enough to have leftovers, they’re just as good the next day. I like to turn them into a breakfast sandwich!
Savory sausage, tender chard, creamy eggs, and salty feta come together in a way that feels both comforting and a little elevated.
🍳 INGREDIENTS:
— Nonstick vegetable oil spray
— 1 (12-oz) bunch Swiss chard, stems and ribs removed
— 1 tbsp olive oil
— 1 cup chopped onion
— 8 oz mild Italian sausage (I use spicy), casings removed
— 8 large eggs
— ¼ cup heavy whipping cream
— ½ tsp salt
— ½ tsp freshly ground black pepper
— 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
