Despite my job title is sales representative, I would never be salesy and pushy. My approach is to listen to t
he needs of my clients and try to understand their situations. By exhausting my knowledge and experiences, I list out all possible options on the table for them to make their own choice. However, in case some clients are not able to realize or accept the situations of the real world, I would not hesitate to give my professional warning and tell them the predictable adverse outcome as a result of their undesirable or unrealistic decision. Since day one of my real estate career, I have committed myself to work with my client in collaborate way for their own best interest and benefit. Most probably because of my honesty, integrity and diligence, gracefully my clients have entrusted their significant life time equity: real estate investment to me under my vigilance. Throughout the process of buying /selling property: from market research to touch base planning, from property viewing to offer negotiation, I would like to share my knowledge and experience profoundly with my clients. Having sufficient factual information and my relevant analysis in hand, they usually are able to make right decisions for themselves with a cool mind. Every time when I know I have won the trust from my clients through my hard work, I feel content and satisfied. I feel more happy and excited when they refer me to their friends and relatives as a result of their satisfaction to my service. Many then clients now become my good friends.
