clients. I pride myself on living up to that legacy. My father Carl Sherwood, built and co-owned Atlantic Canada’s largest real estate company, Royal LePage Atlantic – and has been an icon in local real estate over the past 40 years. As for my mother Marcia Sherwood, she has always been one of the top Realtors® in the city, and was deeply respected by her clients, peers and family for her tireless work ethic, knowledge of the city and market, her smile and her positive attitude. Everyone loves Marcia! Though I keep Marcia retained for consultation and some behind the scenes work, she is very happily retired since the fall of 2014. I’m proud to build on my parent’s successes and deliver a quality of client service and attention that’s all my own.
