Hi, I’m Kayshia!
You might already know me, but if not—welcome! I’ve been a licensed Realtor for 4.5 years, and it’s been both rewarding and challenging. I’m proud of the relationships I’ve built, and I’m excited for the ones to come.
A little about me:
- I was born and raised in Hampton.
- If you’re unsure how to pronounce my name, don’t worry—you’re not alone! I’ll teach you at our first showing. 😉
- I have two of the cutest golden retrievers, Gibson & Scottie (and yes, I can bring them to a showing upon request 🐾).
- I love warm weather (the hotter, the better), working out, and spending time with my besties.
- I’m passionate about helping clients buy their first home, introducing newcomers to new areas, and helping people downsize from their forever homes.
But what I love most about real estate? Hearing your stories.
