Today is a big day for Steve & Kendra as they say goodbye to their starter home and begin their next chapter!!

Their first home has been a wonderful place to start, but they started to feel like they were bursting at the seams.

They knew what they were looking for next: a family-friendly home with more space to grow, room for everyone, and a backyard where the kids could get outside and play - and that's exactly what they found!

There is something so special about helping someone through that transition — saying goodbye to the home where one chapter began and handing them the keys to the home where the next one gets to unfold.

Today is a pretty special day — Alicia & Carlos are officially homeowners! 🏡❤️

When we started looking, they knew they wanted something affordable and were completely open to a home that needed some work. Ideally, they wanted a little more land, privacy, and space to make their own — but they also knew that in their price range, those options could be limited.

When they toured this home, they immediately saw the potential. More importantly, they could see their future here.

They have big plans for this home, and they already have such a clear vision for what they want it to become. I can't wait to see them bring that vision to life. And honestly, I can't think of a better backdrop for their first home than this beautiful, private lot with its ponds and all that space to enjoy. 🌿
