Tip 1) Dollarama is the bare minimum standard but if you do choose to use these put them on the seal of the door from where the door closes to the outside.
Tip 2) Yes that is a thermal door in the background yes it does wonders but also not great if you have a fire an need to escape quickly so be mindful if you choose to use them.

Bare minimum to keeping AC unit off the ground, using steal brackets lifting it way off the ground helps a lot.

Make sure to read and then remove plastic stickers. These kinds of stoves come with an anti-tip bracket that you fasten to the floor or wall so it won’t tip. Better to be safe than sorry!!

The basement on 2 properties almost side by side had these drain under the ground either into the sewer or perhaps the street. There’s clear damage to the driveway and possibly the foundation. Do you think this is why both basements smell moldy?
