You didn't come here looking for market stats, did you?

(We actually do have those, but for this post we're keeping it straight to the point.)

The truth is that we generally communicate in the team group chat via animated gifs, so next month we won't be asking for a single word response. We'll be asking for memes. Our inbox is open for how you'd describe the market too.

And yes, the photo of everybody hugging is absolutely an answer in itself🤯🏡 It's not a meeting without a pep talk first (and we love it 💪).

Last year, we started asking our homeowners questions that fell outside of the usual listing specs, and we couldn't be happier with how we've been able to get to know their homes properly before they hit the market.

There's no better picture of the team than when we're all smiling, one person has their eyes closed, and only some of us are looking at the camera 😇. We need this post to live on our feed so when we wonder how Spring is already here, we'll remember that we've all been wildly busy (in the best of ways).

We’re making February all about the team (beyond just the random comments you might overhear in the office). You might recognize a few faces or names already and we’ll get into the details soon enough, but it made sense to start with when everyone joined.

〰️ Matt & Keir, you already know, right? They’re the reason we’re all here! A match made in heaven, if heaven were the real estate market ✨ (or perhaps one bro date at the movies eating nachos during A Quiet Place).
