Good morning Neighbours!

Our AGM is scheduled for Monday, September 14 at the KDM Office. Registration is at 6pm followed by the meeting starting at 6:30pm.

We have a few open positions on the Board we’re looking to fill.

AGM packages are available on Condo Control. If you don’t have access to Condo Control, reach out to KDM to get access.

Hi neighbours!

The Board did a final walk through of the new garage. There’s a few deficiencies that need to be completed and then we’ll finally get possession of our new garbage compound! We hope to have it by early September.

This is an Alberta Emergency Alert. The City of St. Albert has issued a water supply alert.

Heavy rainfall over the past 24 hours has pushed the City's wastewater system to capacity, with localized flooding and backups being reported. If the wastewater system continues to operate over-capacity, flooding and sewer backups will continue to increase.

All residents must immediately cease all non-essential water use. Refrain from showering, flushing toilets, using laundry machines and dishwashers. Updates will be posted on http://stalbert.ca when more information is available.

Spring cleaning is around the corner! On May 5, our parking lot is going to get swept up. Sweeping starts at 9am. We kindly ask you remove your vehicles the night before so the crew can get right to work.

Hello neighbours! Mother Nature has been ruthless this spring with her freeze/thaw conditions. This is a friendly reminder that unused block heater cords should be safely stored away when not in use. An energized cord sitting in a puddle is a fire/safety hazard.

Please put your block heater cords away.
