Good morning Neighbours!

What a great AGM last night! We had a great turnout and many people were allowed to express their support and their concerns!

Four new members have joined the board this year. Welcome Lindsay, Carol, Jesse and Mike!

One thing I heard loud and clear was you wanted more communication and transparency from the Board. This is something I’ve been working on all summer long and I welcome input on how we can improve it going forward. Reminder - The GV1 AGM is tonight at the KDM office. Registration at 6pm with the meeting starting at 6:30pm. We hope to have a good turnout tonight but if you cannot make it, please give your proxy to someone who is going.

Good morning Neighbours!

Our AGM is scheduled for Monday, September 14 at the KDM Office. Registration is at 6pm followed by the meeting starting at 6:30pm.

We have a few open positions on the Board we’re looking to fill.

AGM packages are available on Condo Control. If you don’t have access to Condo Control, reach out to KDM to get access.

Hi neighbours!

The Board did a final walk through of the new garage. There’s a few deficiencies that need to be completed and then we’ll finally get possession of our new garbage compound! We hope to have it by early September.

This is an Alberta Emergency Alert. The City of St. Albert has issued a water supply alert.

Heavy rainfall over the past 24 hours has pushed the City's wastewater system to capacity, with localized flooding and backups being reported. If the wastewater system continues to operate over-capacity, flooding and sewer backups will continue to increase.

All residents must immediately cease all non-essential water use. Refrain from showering, flushing toilets, using laundry machines and dishwashers. Updates will be posted on http://stalbert.ca when more information is available.
