During the inspection she said that day did 1 year since our first meeting at a Tim Hortons☕️we couldn’t believe it!

We saw some properties, tried to buy one, but things were not feeling right for my buyer. So she decided to take a break and get in touch again with me when she was ready again.

And believe, that’s totally normal and fine! 🫶

Once we restarted the search and she visited the right one, it was quick and smooth! 🏡
