SEPTEMBER MARKET STATS ARE OUT! 📊

The Greater Edmonton Area saw more new inventory added in September, with listings up over 11% compared to last year. Sales activity slowed as the new school year began, while prices remained relatively steady across the market.

Here’s a little breakdown:

• September sales were 10.3% lower year-over-year.
• There were 11.3% more homes listed than last September.
• The benchmark price for all home types was $423,100.
