• July sales were 11.0% lower than the same month last year.
• There were 0.6% more homes listed compared to July 2025.

📊 JUNE MARKET STATS ARE OUT!

The Edmonton Area real estate market saw continued momentum in June, with sales increasing from the previous month. While inventory levels continue to rise, giving buyers more options, average residential prices remain above last year’s levels. 🏡

Here’s a little breakdown:

• June sales increased 7.5% compared to May.
• Inventory was 22.2% higher than June last year.
• The average residential price was $483,600.
