Sometimes the best deals never hit the market.

I’ve been fortunate to work with a long-time estate company client that continues to trust me with opportunities like this. At the same time, I’ve built relationships with developers and investors who are always looking for their next project.

Not every listing sells in the first weekend, and sometimes the market makes you work for it. The important part is staying patient, adjusting when needed, continuing to market the property, and trusting the process.
