To date LLR is the leading PM company in the Edmonton area with a business model which has been created to serve not only the tenant but also the clients. In 2012 LLR launched a renovation department which specializes in rental property renovations and basement suite legalization. Today LLR has renovated well over $30,000,000 in rental properties. Their experience ensures success and a reduction in long term costs and head aches for the land lord! In January 2017 LLR completed the full cycle service by opening the Realtor division. They brought on the best agent they have dealt with over the past 14 years of buying themselves. It all began in 2003 when the founders of Tilt, Jared and Krista Hope, started investing in Real Estate. They went from 0 properties to over 100 within 6 years. Along the way, they were taught some hard lessons, not only in buying the right properties at the right times but also in how to effectively manage their tenants and their units. In 2008 after many challenging years of dealing with outside Property Management companies, Jared and Krista let their management company go and took on their units themselves. Once again... more lessons were learned. In 2010, they opened the doors to a new evolution in Property Management with the Land Lord Resource Centre (LLR CANADA). LLR was the leading PM company in the Edmonton area with a business model that had been expertly crafted to serve both tenants and clients in a uniquely comprehensive way. In 2012, LLR launched a renovation department specializing in rental property renovations and basement suite legalization. LLR’s renovation portfolio boasts well over $30,000,000 in rental properties. Their experience ensures success and a reduction in long-term costs and headaches for landlords! In January 2017, LLR completed the full cycle service by opening an in-house Realtor Division and Collection Agency. They brought on the best Real Estate agent they have dealt with over the past 14 years of buying themselves, as well as a team of dedicated Collections Specialists. In October 2017, LLR brought education to the forefront of their business by expanding, yet again, to include an investor mentorship program with founder Jared Hope.
