A day out of the office, with plenty of stops along the way. 📍
 
The Landrex team got out of the office for site tours across our communities:
 
➡️St. Albert, where we celebrated the grand opening of Waves Coffee House at renteastvillage
➡️Morinville, where we got to see Westwinds where the roads are getting paved, Westwinds Plaza, our commercial site and Heritage Valley Estates. 
➡️Next stop was Gibbons at Heartland Meadows, where we got to walk through a finished home. 
➡️Lastly, Fort Saskatchewan, where the final stage is coming along in Windsor Pointe then Mirigal, our newest community in the works where underground work is taking place.

Roofing has reached the halfway point, siding is underway, and interior work has advanced with slab pours and mechanical and electrical scopes now started. With each milestone, the new hospital in Beaverlodge is becoming more visible. 🏗️🏥
