Edmonton & St. Albert Real Estate Is Heating Up

The spring market is waking up fast, and February numbers prove it.

📈 Edmonton:
• 1,606 homes sold (+39.7% from January)
• Average home price (all residential property types): $454,801
• Inventory up 34.6% from last year

🏡 St. Albert:
• 64 homes sold
• Average home price (all residential property types): $530,339
• 162 homes currently on the market

Detached homes continue to lead the market, while condos remain the most affordable entry point for buyers and investors.
