👏All 42 apartments have occupancy and the temporary driveway has been sealed off. What an amazing finish by all of our trades!
👏Special thanks for Joe Scott and and his crew from PGC Construction. Joe took this project on and was instrumental to the success on site. Always helping and working so hard to maintain project timelines and goals while calm, focused and organized.
👏We also have to say a huge thank you to Tradeforce Solutions, East Elite Electric, East Coast Air, Painter Greg Callahan and his crew, Top Shelf Cabinets and Countertops, Peter Gowan Construction, Ricky and Tammy Libby and the Flooring crew from MacDonald Flooring. We couldn’t have done it without this I amazing team all there for the final push.
👏Thank you to the Town of St. Andrews staff and council as well as Mayor Henderson. They supported our vision to bring 42 apartments to help the housing crises in St. Andrews and we couldn’t be more proud. They should be applauded for their forward thinking in supporting the project.
❤️Last but not least, I want to thank Gerald Ingersoll,aka Dad, for his tireless work on site. A year ago, we didn’t even have concrete in the ground! It’s pretty amazing everything that he managed to get this project buttoned up for people to be in their new homes for Christmas. If you ask him, he will tell you that he enjoyed every part of this project and will tell you with a smile. That’s just who he is and he is doing what he loves.
