Rod's passion for architecture, building and design began in his early 20's after being hired as a construction site labouror by a local home builder here in Niagara. From those early days of miscellaneous labour, forming and pouring footi
ngs and hand-grading lots, to the eventual position as a senior project manager overseeing the construction of multi-million dollar commercial buildings across the province, Rod's interests in architecture, building and design have continuously evolved. Now some 30 years latter the evolution of his passion has found an exciting new direction, a seemingly natural evolution........Real Estate. What Rod realized through those years of experience in construction was that contrary to the belief of many, construction isn't about bricks and mortar, and concrete and steel, its about people. And working with people in a trustworthy, respectful way, with honesty and integrity can build bridges far faster and better than just relying on schedules, the pressure to perform and the frantic pace of a project to get things completed on time. He is excited about combining this honesty, integrity and trust with his construction experience to build relationships with clients that allows them be at ease and confident in their real estate buying/selling decisions.
