I was raised in real estate family, with both my parents working in commercial and residential real estate. So, needless to say, at a very young age, my sisters and I were helping run the office, taking calls, delivering flyers, and even helping flip houses! My passion for everything to do with real estate has been ongoing, through learning the ropes of buying, selling, and investing, within the f
amily business. However, I also spent over twenty years as an educator, teaching everything from English to Science to Special Education, to Middle and Senior School students. I believe that my versatility, in those roles, makes me very well suited to meeting the needs of each and every client in the real estate business. As no two student’s needs are the same, the same can be said for clients, and I am committed to recognizing client’s individual needs, and going to great lengths to listen, understand, and fulfill their wishes. Something that really sets me apart, is that I am not actually from this area. I was raised and educated in Toronto, and lived in York Region for many years. And then one summer day something magical happened on a beautiful Niagara bike ride with my husband. We were ‘tourists’ visiting from the city for the weekend, and we could not get over the beauty of the area; everything from the light, the smells, the peaceful aura of the vineyards and the Niagara River, and the refreshingly friendly feel of a small town. So, that very day, we happened upon a pink ‘for sale’ sign and took down the name of the local real estate broker. The journey to move our family to our dream home in our dream location had begun! Fast forward several years, and I now have a trunk full of my own PINK signs, waiting to make my client’s dreams come true!
