Home sales are up 9.2% across the region compared to last month. New listings are down 2% from July.
The benchmark price in Niagara sits at $610,100.

But here’s where it gets interesting:

Niagara-on-the-Lake tops the chart at $943,000.

St. Catharines is sitting at $546,500.

Thorold comes in at $633,300.
