While there’s no secret sauce 😢, here are some tidbits of wisdom that have helped me along the way:⁣

• Set bigger picture goals instead of making "yearly resolutions" 🖋️
• Start small. There’s nothing like a few quick wins to boost your motivation 😉
• Embrace imperfection. Shake it off and move on.⁣ 🙋(I may need extra help with this one!)
• Share your goals with friends or family and ask them to check in every now and then to hold you accountable
• Find a podcast. 🎧Grab inspiration and coaching to stay focussed -- there’s a podcast for that!
