• Sales: 565 (up slightly from 560)
• HPI Benchmark Price: $575,300 (up from $573,700)
• Average Days on Market: 41 (down from 49 — that one matters)

More inventory means buyers have real choices right now. For sellers, this market rewards the ones who price smart and show up prepared.

🔴The days of “list it and they’ll come” are gone — but the right home, priced right, is still moving.
