ℹ️The City has established a Vulnerable Assistance Registry for eligible residents who require support removing water and waste from their homes. Fill out our form on our website.
🗑️Niagara Region has announced enhanced waste management service following this week's flooding, effective Monday, Aug. 3, including increased garbage bag limits and free tipping fees at Humberstone and Bridge Street landfills. Info: https://niagararegion.ca/waste/flood-response.aspx
➡️The City is arranging additional support for waste removal, with the installation of large-scale bins at select City facilities (proof of residence will be required) early next week. We will provide specific locations and detail as soon as these arrangements are finalized.
