Recently, a medical building we manage was left with construction debris from unknown sources and experienced a trespasser rummaging through the dumpster looking for discarded medicine.

One of our client’s tenants noticed increased rodent activity near the garbage bins outside their home. 🐀

At HCPM, we recently responded to a tenant's concern about rodent sightings around the exterior of a home.
🔍 Our inspection revealed small holes around the property that could allow rodents in.
