It came down to two things: price and presentation.

We priced the home based on what buyers in today’s market are actually willing to pay, not what we hoped to get and then we made sure it showed its absolute best. This one didn’t last long and there’s plenty of reasons why! We had multiple showings in the first few days of it being listed, all positive feedback, and a couple of interested buyers. The fourth day on the market, we got an offer and ended up working with it and got it accepted. An extremely well kept brick bungalow with plenty of space, a great layout, and a separate side entrance all helped with a quick sale on this one!
