Queen Street Village

Queen Street Village Queen Street Village is a collection of restored and renovated residences in the heart of Downtown St. Very few remain. Catharines at 63-65 Queen Street.

Catharines - next to Montebello Park and steps from the PAC, the Meridian Centre, Market Square and some of the best dining Niagara has to offer. Once upon a time in Ontario, there were large properties with multiple buildings where generations of families lived and operated their businesses. Over the years, most of these properties were sold and subdivided. In 2006, we discovered one of Ontario’s

remaining gems in the heart of Downtown St. Nearly one-third of an acre, the property has four buildings, all built in the 1800s. The original family, the Nichols, had long since left the property and their roofing & masonry business. By the time we bought the property, it was in need of a great deal of TLC. Every building needed work – 2 were total gut jobs. It was worth all of the money and hard work it took to bring the buildings and property back to life. Queen Street Village, as we’ve come to call the property, has become a truly special place for all of its residents. Next to Montebello Park and steps from Market Square, the Performing Arts Centre, the Meridian Centre and the best dining in the region, Queen Street Village is Downtown living at its best! Our rentals include the 'Coach House' - two luxurious 2-bedroom apartments with Montebello Park views; the 'Cottage' - a circa 1850 1 1/2 storey, 2-bedroom house, a private airbnb guest suite and 12 monthly parking spaces. Please contact us for more information at [email protected].

ONCE upon a time, there were large properties in Ontario with multiple buildings where generations of families lived and operated their businesses. Over the years, most of these properties were sold and subdivided. Very few remain today.

In 2006, we discovered one of Ontario’s remaining gems in the heart of Downtown St. Catharines at 63-65 Queen Street.

Queen Street Village, as we’ve come to call the property, has become a truly special place for the families who live here, including ours.

Next to Montebello Park and steps from Market Square, the Performing Arts Centre, the Meridian Centre and the best dining in the region, Queen Street Village is Downtown living at its best!

Our rentals include the 'Coach House' - two luxurious 2-bedroom apartments with Montebello Park views; the 'Cottage' - a circa 1850 1 1/2 storey, 2-bedroom house, 12 monthly parking spaces (we have a few spaces available now) and our airbnb guest suite.
