A professional update: My partners and I see the future of Colliers International Niagara Ltd. marked by continued growth and innovation. As a result I am assuming the role of Senior Vice President Valuation and Advisory Services. My new role will change the internal mechanics of our department but will not change how you interact with our division at Colliers. We remain committed to growing the most significant valuation group in the Niagara Region with a diverse range of niche expertise and experience.

Colliers International Niagara Ltd. is Niagara's largest dedicated commercial real estate firm, proudly employing 40 Niagarans. Our company includes our real estate brokerage, valuation and advisory services, property management, portfolio management and related services. Our commercial valuation and advisory services is the largest in the Region with 13 team members including 7 AACI Appraisers.

Downtown St. Catharines is looking good! The increasing amount of newly opened retail shops, restaurants and incoming developments on St. Paul Street alone positively represent the immense growth that the city is seeing as a whole. In this two-part blog series, I dive into my thoughts on St. Paul, and what’s next for the downtown core.

St. Catharines’ downtown core has experienced significant economic growth over the past 5 years. We have watched that growth continue onto St. Paul street.
