After a hectic month filled with several renovation projects across my rental properties, I can finally say everything is wrapped up ✅

From discovering a leaking basement that turned into a full interior renovation and foundation waterproofing project, to completing a major heating conversion from an oil boiler system to electric — it’s been a busy few weeks.
