Renovation / Maintenance Technician – Full-Time
Leading Edge Property Solutions is a growing property management company seeking a reliable and skilled Renovation/Maintenance Technician to join our team on a full-time basis.
Position Overview:
The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a wide range of maintenance and renovation tasks across residential properties. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, works well independently, and is dependable.
Key Responsibilities:
General repairs and maintenance (carpentry, drywall, painting, minor plumbing and electrical)
Unit turnovers and renovation work
Responding to service calls and maintenance requests
Participating in a rotational on-call schedule for after-hours emergencies
Maintaining a clean, safe, and professional work environment
Qualifications:
Previous experience in maintenance and/or renovations
Clean driving record and valid driver’s licence
Own basic hand tools
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Reliable, punctual, and professional
Schedule & Compensation:
Monday to Friday, full-time
Rotational on-call schedule
Hourly wage based on experience: $23–$26 per hour
