🎉🛠Exciting construction update! Residents may have noticed some activity around the property at 99 King Street recently. Here’s an update on what’s happening:

• The developer has received the necessary permits and will start construction soon.
• Existing foundation walls will be removed in preparation for the new construction.
• To facilitate site preparation and foundation work, fencing and plywood walls have been installed along South Market Street and King Street.
• To enhance the look of the area during construction, displays will be installed along the fences.
• Seven parking spaces will be temporarily occupied on King Street during the construction phase. This has been kept to a minimum to reduce the impact on local businesses and residents.

The progress of this project is great to see, and we will continue to provide updates as construction moves forward. We appreciate everyone’s patience as we work towards improving our community.

🎉🛠 Mise à jour emballante sur les travaux de construction! Les résidents ont peut-être remarqué une certaine activité autour de la propriété au 99, rue King récemment. Voici une mise à jour sur ce qui se passe :

• Le développeur a obtenu les permis nécessaires et commencera sous peu les travaux de construction.
• Les murs de fondation existants seront enlevés en préparation de la nouvelle construction.
• Pour faciliter les travaux de préparation du site et de fondation, des clôtures et des murs en contreplaqué ont été installés le long des rues South Market et King.
• Pour améliorer l’apparence de la zone pendant les travaux de construction, des affichages seront installés le long des clôtures.
• Sept places de stationnement seront temporairement occupées sur la rue King pendant la phase de construction. Cela a été réduit au minimum pour réduire l’impact sur les entreprises locales et les résidents.

Les progrès de ce projet sont remarquables et nous continuerons de fournir des mises à jour au fur et à mesure que les travaux progresseront. Nous apprécions la patience de chacun alors que nous travaillons à améliorer notre communauté.
