The real estate market in Northern New Brunswick cooled in July, with home sales 2.6% below the five-year average, but still 17.6% above the 10-year average for the month. Find more details here!

The number of homes sold through the MLS® System of the Northern and Valley Regions of the New Brunswick Real Estate Association totaled 164 units in July 2022, declining 23.4% from July 2021.

Our hearts are with the family and loved ones of Rob Stewart. We are so very, deeply sorry for his loss.

The Association is sad to share that today we lost a dear member who was a Past President, Director, and a valued friend. Robert Stewart served with distinction with our board of directors and the northern region. He was this year’s Dave Hawkins Award recipient. He will be sadly missed by everyone and leaves a big hole in our hearts. Our sincerest sympathies to his entire family.

L'association est triste de partager que nous avons perdu un ancien président, un directeur, et un ami précieux aujourd'hui. Robert Stewart a servi avec distinction au sein de notre conseil d'administration, et de la région du Nord. Il était le récipiendaire du prix Dave Hawkins de cette année. Il manquera beaucoup à tout le monde et laisse un grand vide dans nos cœurs. Nos plus sincères condoléances à toute sa famille.

We are deeply saddened to share the news of the passing of Arthur Roy, a longstanding and well-respected member of our real estate family.

Art was actively licensed from 1968 right up until this very week. He served as the President of the Northern New Brunswick Real Estate Board in 1993-1994 and again in 2006.

We were fortunate to have an opportunity to present Art with a special certificate in 2019, celebrating 50 years of service to the real estate industry (pictured in 2019, with Region President Melanie Daley).
