I met Dennis at an open house about five months ago, and during our conversation he mentioned that he was hoping to sell his home and make the move to Nova Scotia to be with his girlfriend.

Happy Closing Day, Alex!!

I met Alex at the beginning of July, and we hit it off right from our first showing. Over the last month and a half, I’ve had so much fun showing you homes, taking your phone calls, answering all the questions, and getting to know you along the way.

When this one came up, you knew right away it was the one. We moved fast, secured it, and the entire deal was so smooth from start to finish.

I couldn’t be more excited for my first-time home buyers, Sarah and Jared!

We started looking back in June, and they knew exactly what they were looking for. When this one popped up, it almost felt too good to be true. I still remember them saying they didn’t even want to go see it because they were convinced it would sell way over asking and they’d just end up disappointed.

I told them we had to at least take a look because you never know what can happen… and I’m SO glad we did.

Their offer was accepted, the waiting game began, and today they officially get to call it home. 🥹

Congratulations Sarah & Jared!! I’m so happy for you both and so grateful I got to be part of such an exciting first.
