I could probably teach a Real Estate 101 course based solely on the experience of selling this property... but for now, I'll just file it away in the "things they don't teach you in real estate school" section of my brain and be grateful for the experience. This one came with a few twists, turns, and opportunities to practice patience, but we got there in the end.
