“Should I wait?”

Wait for rates to change.
Wait for prices to come down.
Wait for the “perfect” time.

The truth is, nobody knows exactly what the market will do next.

Instead of trying to perfectly time the market, ask yourself:

Is buying a home the right decision for me right now?

The best time to buy isn’t when someone tells you it is.
