A big congratulations to this wonderful family as they officially close on their new home! When this home came to market they knew it was perfect for their family but they had a home to sell. With a great strategy we were able to get their home on the market, get multiple offers and now they are moving in to their beautiful new home in Baxters corner!

Outside of real estate, Iโ€™m also a girlfriend building a life with my favourite person, a sister, an auntie, a very new dog mom, a lifelong hockey lover, a foodie who will always say yes to trying somewhere new, and someone who is happiest with a trip on the calendar. โœˆ๏ธ๐Ÿ’๐Ÿพ

Between afternoon naps, supervising the workday and finding new things to chew, Ollie has settled into office life pretty quickly.

Sometimes you just need the reminder that youโ€™re doing better than you think.

Itโ€™s so easy to look around and feel like you should be further ahead, doing more, working harder or reaching the same milestones as someone else.

But not everything has to happen overnight.

Itโ€™s okay if the results arenโ€™t immediate. Itโ€™s okay to take a day off, spend time with your family and friends, go somewhere, put your phone down or simply rest. You donโ€™t have to exhaust yourself trying to prove that you want something badly enough.

Keep showing up. Keep learning. Keep putting in the work. Take the small steps, focus on whatโ€™s in front of you and give yourself permission to actually enjoy the life youโ€™re working so hard to build.

Youโ€™re not behind. Youโ€™re not on anyone elseโ€™s timeline.
