We've looked at numerous homes, unsuccessfully offered on many, and a couple times getting as close as back up to the primary offer. This one we weren't even through the kitchen and they were discussing an offer and when the viewing was done they said "There's nothing to do in this one and nothing I would change"- that's when I knew it was truly the one for them. We discussed strategy in writing the offer and came in strong ...the excitement to give the news that their offer was the winner out of 11 others was a mix of shock and disbelief.

Let's get the conditions satisfied to hang the sold sign and start planning moving day!!
